Justin is a trusted adviser to clients navigating the intersection of technology, compliance, and workforce management. He has worked in various legal environments, including at the United Nations and as the global head of employment law for a US headquartered global IT company.

He has extensive experience advising employers on complex employment law issues in the UK and internationally and regularly supports technology businesses and other global companies on strategic employment matters, cross-border projects, workforce restructuring, and compliance with emerging regulations.

Justin has particular expertise in tech-related legal issues, AI governance, workplace data privacy and security. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

He has significant experience managing international employment matters, acting as a single point of contact for global projects and also advises on contentious and non-contentious matters in the UK, including Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, employee competition issues, and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.

Justin frequently speaks and writes on emerging topics such as AI regulation and on data privacy issues relating to the workforce. He also serves on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and as a trustee and legal adviser to the Army Cadets Charitable Trust in the UK, which provides training and leadership development activities to 40,000 for those aged 12-18.
